This series allows Youngsville Chamber members to share their knowledge with fellow members, with each session focusing on relevant topics designed to empower and educate the small business community. 

This session will feature Todd Billot, owner and master plumber of Master Drain, presenting Raving Fans: Turning Customers Into Lifelong Advocates.

The Raving Fans presentation is based on the book by Ken Blanchard & Sheldon Bowles.
